Surprisingly few people look up at them as they pass. Soome of the children do however and point and hiss at him.
Greyne grins a bit.
"Nowhere near long enough."
One of the other guards, looking more bored than the other looks up and stretches his back but doesn't speak.
"Elves. Poke them and they cry. Couple of measly weeks. But I expect to see you soon again. I know your kind." He scoffs.

Gulak glares at one of the children, and hisses back. His blood starts to boil at Greyne's comment, and he quickly turns around.
[Elven]"Filthy humans! They lack too mutch to be alife and they still think they're better.[/elven]
"you just wait till I get free!"

The two other guards look up, vaguely more curious now, looking almost entretained.
Greyne's eyes widen a little both in surprise and gloating.
"Threatening an Officer of the Watch now are we?"
He grinned and gave a sly look at the other two.
"Should maybe reserve you permanent lodging at the Tower."
The other two laugh a bit.

Gulak turns his head at the two guards.
"and you'll see too!
He turns around and leans over the cart's border, while looking out over the street.

All three laugh.
The cart carries on, bumping over the cobbled stones and a while later they turn off the street and up a ramp. They get to a big square, enclosed on all sides by a structure that looks much like the town walls only not quite as high and massive, leaving only two opposing gaps, one of which they enter through as a big barred gate opens for them.
The square is empty save for a few groups of guards marching. There are doors and some small barred windows here and there in the surrounding wall and there are some podiums on the square looking much like execution equipment; gallows, guilliotines and so on.
In the centre of the large square is a big square Tower.
The cart does not drive up to it however, it continues along the wall and up to one of the doors where it stops. Not too far away from one of the gallows.

Gulak looks at the gallows, and gulps slightly. That was what he escaped from earlier, and he wasn't really planning on letting it happen this time.
The towel looks massive, and... at that very moment, inevitable. He had to make up a plan, and fast.

One of the guards jump down from the cart and opens the door they stopped by in the surrounding wall to the big square, he heads inside where it seems very dark compared to the hot bright afternoon outside.
Greyne pulls and shoves Gulak with him as he gets off the cart as well, followed by the second guard.
He shoves him inside.
It is very dark. And it takes Gulak a moment to get used to it from being outside but he soon gets accustomed to it and the small amount of light that comes throgh the door and that is let through the odd tiny window is enough for him to see quite clearly. It is a passageway and they head down it. Passing several sets of stairs that lead either up or down but they keep going passed them.
They eventually reach a largeish room. It has slightly bigger windows and looks like some form of office though there are alot of equipment around that normal offices do not have.
A bulky man looks up from his papers.
B "Yes?"
G "Gulak. Awaitng sentence."
B "Charge?"
G "Disturbance of Peace and Resisting Arrest."
The man seems unimpressed and gestures at the door they just came through with one hand and scribles something in a very big, very worn, black book.
B "North. Third. ...235."
Greyne nods and pulls Gulak back towards the door to the passageway.

Gulak is pushed trough the hallway, but he knows that he shouldn't try anything. Heh, he is smarter than that. He would just keep his mouth shut, and wait for a nice moment to get away.

They pass a couple of stairwells and then they go up the third. It is wide enough for Greyne not to leave Gulak's side and it is quite steep. They go up two floors. The passage up here is wider than downstairs and thisone is lined with big heavy doors, some wooden, some cast iron and some of them even seem to give of a faint coloured glow. They continue down until they reach a door with the number 235 etched on it (surprisingly ). A sweaty man appears from around a corner and with jangly keys unlocks the heavy wood and cast iron door. Gulak gets a forceful shove inside.

Gulak couldn't stand this. Should he flee? He was quick enough to cut loose his ropes and jab his good friend Greyne in the face, but still, he didn't, for the sheer purpos of not wanting the entire town guard on his lip.
He pulls up his nose at the man who comes around the corner. Words burned on his tongue, but this time, he'd keep them there.
He smiled silly at the words in his head, but then get's roughly pushed into the room. He get's up, and turns his gaze to Greyne.
"Ahh, my own room. You are going to visit me some time, aren't you, Greyne, old friend?"

The room is small. The walls are dense stone and there is a tiny window high up which is barred.
There is a straw mattress on the floor and a bucket. That's it.
Greyne gives him an unamused look as he stands by the door.
The sweaty man follows Gulak inside and begins to remove his weapons and equipment.

Gulak pulls a disgusting face as the man starts to touch him.
"Yeah, I love you too..."
When he realize the purpous of this touching, he frowns.
"hey, those are my weapons! I will get them back, won't I?"
He sighs as the weapons are finally removed, and he looks at his hands.
"and can someone finally untie these ropes?"

The sweaty man doesn't seem to bat an eyelid to the sarcastic comments. It's as if he's heard them a hundred times before.
He takes the weapons, the equipment and leaves Gulak with just his clothes. He hands them to one of the waiting guards by the door and then returns to undo the ropes as if on routine, before heading back out the door, speaking with a bored voice.
"Your property will be returned on release." He speaks as if he's reading the words off of a pice of paper.
The door slams shut and the lock rattles for a little bit. Followed by a couple of heavy sounding bolts.
Some footsteps and voices.
Silence.

Gulak waited for a long time, just to make sure the footsteps where really gone. At that time, he wasn't at all thinking of staying there. And he totally wasn't going to do his needs in a bucket. So, he had to be resourcefull. Maybe that sweaty man was still here. No harm in trying.
"Is anyone there?"
He yelled at the door.

P1 "Yepp."
P2 "Yeh."
P3 [Halfling]"Can't say I'm going anywhere in a hurry."[/Halfling]
The voices came from different directions. None of them sounded like the sweaty man.
