The road was straight for a while and not as winding as most treets were in this part of the city. Gulak found himself just inside the North Gates of Fardinn and this bright day still had many hot sunlight hours left before sunset. The cobbled street was quite busy with errand boys running back and forth, messengers and beggars, the odd guard and more than a few commoners on their way to or from somewhere. A couple of men on horseback riding in through the gate that gave a courtesy nod to the keen guards stationed at the gate but otherwise rode on ignoring all.
Much like many of their station they rode straight on with arrogant ignorance and unless Gulak moved aside it seemed the equally arrogant horse would simply walk on over him.

Gulak turned around at the sound of hooves behind him. Though the sun blinded him for a second, the silhouette of the horse was easy to see.
"Sir, watch out!"
he brought out in a yelp, but the riders didn't listen. As quick as he could, he jumped out of the way of the crushing hooves. Carefully, he scurried up from the floor, and dusted off his clothing. Then, he turned to the riders, angry shaking a fist in the air.
"who do you think you are?!"
[or does that require a reflex saving throw?]

As he threw himself aside before the horse he knocked a young boy over that fell messily to the ground with a surprised shout. As Gulak got up he scrambled to his feet at picked up the bits of vegetables he had been carrying, thought some were a bit bruised they seemed all in one piece still. He muttered under his breath as he picked them all up one by one, ignoring Gulak's shout after the horsemen. "Better not be damaged... crazy people... should have gone down Ferrar Street..."The men on the horses barely blinked as Gulak shouted out. The one riding the horse that had come straight for him didn't even glance at him as he dodged away or as he shouted after them. He utterly ignored him and just carried on with an arrogant disinterested gaze about him. The other gave him a mildly curious look and again at Gulak's angry voice, turning a little in his saddle, by his features he was clearly an Elf while the other was human. Cross-race parties was a rare sight, but in the capital it raised slightly less eyebrows. The Elf didn't stop or slow down and a moment later he turned back and rode on with the other. They were both completely dressed in black with very few items on them in any other colour. Their clothes were quite fine though in very different styles from each other. A bored looking guard leaning on his halbred grinned at Gulak and snickered. "Watch your step, Elf. You're in the City now."Across the street stood a female form, her face mostly hidden from view but her eyes followed the men intently, never letting her eyes off them for a moment. [no, their pace was calm and he saw them in good enough time ]

Gulak didn't even notice the boy he budged against. He just frowned deeply, as the Guard spoke to him. He looked at him, and then searched the ground for something to trow.
"City shmity. I'll show them!"
Gulak grabbed one of the fallen vegetables, and aimed for the oh-so-fair head of the elven rider.

The boy continued to mutter as he grabbed the last of the vegetables. His eyes widened in anger at noticing that Gulak took one of the carrots and threw at the riders.
"Hey! You're paying for tha'!"
The boy glared at Gulak fiercely.
The carrot flew in a good line towards the Elf who didn't see it coming from behind. It hit him slightly to the right in the back of his head and broke in half.
The Elf and his horse started un perfect unison. The horse began to dance on he cobbled stone underfoot and in an instant it had the horse of the human rider acting nervously too.
The Elf rubbd the back of his head and shook his head a little as he quickly turned around. His eyes narrowing dangerously at Gulak and his right hand drawing to his side to something out of view while the other hissed at him.
M "What the-" He turned and saw Gulak and joined the Elf in glaring dark looks at Gulak.
The little boy scrambled away as fast as his little legs could carry him and the busy street seemed to in an instant be clear as everyone parted around them.

The two men would find gulak laughing loudly at the two riders. "That'll teach ye te watch out!" Still chuckeling, he turned around to the boy "I'm sorry lad...." Instead of the boy, he found a remarkable emty spot. He folded his hands around his lips and shouted over the street "Oi, laddie!"
He then dropped his arms to shrug lightly. "ahh well, ought to go look fer sum work then." he muttered to himself lightly, and walked further down the street, past the two horsemen, glaring at them with a considering look. After a while, he grinned. " 've Seen better" He walked along past them, at first seeming to ignore them arrogantly, but then turning to the horse's back, giving it a firm slap to try and make it go wild.

The Elf glared death at Gulak and began to mumble something under his breath but was quickly interrupted by the Human rider.
Elf [Elven]"As the streng-"
Human "No. Not here." He moved over to the Elf and then gave Gulak another dark look. "It's just a beggar. Ain't worth it."
Two of the Human Gate Guards emerged, arms drawn, attracted by the sudden commotion.
The Elf's horse jumped high at the sudden fright by Gulak and the rider cursed in Elvish but remained in the saddle while trying to calm it.
There is no sign of the boy save for the odd lettuce leaf on the ground.
G1 "Right. What's going on here!? You. Elf. Stop." He gestured to Gulak with a stern glare and commanding voice. He was tall and in full plate armour.
Behind him other Guards were keeping an eye in case they would be needed. The second guard followed close behind, looking much like the first only a bit shorter.

Gulak went trough such a hard time trying to hold his laugh, that he didn't notice the guards ((yes, despite his high Wisdom)) untill they spoke to him. He widened his eyes slightly, and smiled innoscently.
"I was just telling my friends here how good, and well groomed there horses looked today, and..." he looks away to a random shop for a moment, and then yells out "look! That shop is being robbed!"
[Bluff check: 12+0... darn]
Well, if that works, or if it doesn't, he quickly shoots into an ally, trying to loose them if they follow, and then hiding with a Hide check of [Hide: 14+3=17]

The guard's eyes narrowed as Gulak spoke. He was not impressed. Though the second guard actually turns to look at the random shop before realising the truth as Gulak dashes off.
G1 "Elf! Stop!" He sets after Gulak, a bit cumbered by the armour.
The Human on the horse frowned and shook his head and made to turn away but the Elf, in fuming anger, set after Gulak with his horse, easily keeping up with him and seeing him.
The guard follows a bit after and looks around after Gulak and seems unable to find him at first until the Elf, with his horse still restlessly dancing on the cobbled stone, points him out in the shadows with an arrogant superior grin.
I "Here, officer. Here he is. Please arrest him. He assaulted me, a little boy and scared my horse." he speaks with a gentle Elvish accent.
The guard hurries towards Gulak, a large sword drawn and pointed in his direction threateningly. Down the alley from where they came the rustling of armour can be heard as well as shouting by the other guard, calling for reinforcements.

It was always told to him that, in the city, it was just like in the jungle: the law of the stronges. Well, he tried to be the strongest, but this time, he was outnumbered. He slowly stepped out of the shadows with his hands in the air. "Ok, I surrender. Geez, all the fuzz around a stupid carrot. Noone got hurt, did they?" He smiles a sarcastic smile. They couldn't get him, he was a rebel, an anarchist, DOWN WITH THE GOVENMENT! He chuckled slightly at his own joke, but then looked back at the guard with a serious expression "well? are you going to arrest me? And put that down! You'll poke an eye out."

The guard gives Gulak a very stern look as he waits for the others, keeping Gulak at swordpoint. When they arrive one of them quickly proceeds to try and tie Gulak's hands behind his back.
G1 "What is your name, Elf?"
The horserider watches smugly.

Gulak didn't strugle as his hands where brough down and tied. He just looked over the officers shoulders to the Elf who was clearly amusing himself. "My name is Yu..." he brought out clearly, but then poked his gaze deeply into the guard's eyes. "Like in Yu'd like to know, dont ya? I know my rights, I don't have to tell you!" He smiled victorious at this little comment. "what're ye gonna do 'bout it?"

The guard tied his hands hard with alot of knots it seemed. The first guard lowered his sword just slightly, pointing it towards Gulak's gut as he stepped closer.
"Fancy yourself a smartass, eh? Well here is how it works Elf... I order, you obey. Got that in to that little pointyeared treehugger thickhead of yours. Huh?"
The Elf on the horse frowned slightly at the guard as he heard him speak like that to Gulak but he didn't comment, he turned to leave as one of the other guards piped up.
G3 "You need to come with. Statement."
The Elf glared at the soldier and glanced around himself as if contemplating making a run for it himself. But instead he breathed a sigh and stopped.
The first guard motioned to the one holding Gulak.
G1 "Let's get this freakshow moving."

Gulak frowned deeply at the guard. "What did you call me? Ooh, laddy, you're so happy I go' me hands tied!" he stops taunting quicly as he is pushed forward roughly. As they are walking, he yells back, clearly subjected to the other elf [elven]"(carlyë hlar ta?)=>Do you hear that? He is mocking our race! Ugg, if I didn't have my hands tied! They don't even deserve to have a carrot thrown against their head!"[/elven ^^] With this, he laughed slightly, trying to make clear that it was a joke.
