The passage narrows a bit soon after she comes inside it is narrow enough so she can feel bot walls if her arms are both fully stretched out. The passage begins to slope down considerably and gets more and more uneven.
After walking on for quite some time she begins to hear faint sounds in the distance.

Ayadinlani stops half-way down the passage and listens for a while. People... she is not a fan of people. Well, sometimes she is. Just not right now. She slows down considerably and starts sneaking more than walking down the tunnel, her ears twitching to pick up whatever she can hear.

The tunnel keeps going straight on and the ceiling gets gradyally lower. The voices are closer now and suddenly she can see a gap in the ceiling where dim light as if from torches is coming through a tightly meshed opening.
A scuttering sound can be heard and those voices are slightly louder, talking in a language Aya can't understand. The sound seems to be coming from above just like the light.
A few moments later the light flickers as shadows of figures come over it.

Ayadinlani steps back and gives the figures suspicious glances. She makes sure to stay out of the light- and then she smirks to herself. One of the shadows on the light suddenly twitches, and then it starts rolling around and shuddering, clawing up as it rolls around in shadowy agony, clawing at where the figure casting the shadow should more or less be standing.

The creatures stop, halfway across the mesh as the shadow begins to move. From where she is she can make out two rusty brown spider-like creatures with long flexible necks spouting from the plump bodies and eel-like heads and tiny needle-sharp teeth. Six legs support them with two more in front almost like arms. The bodies are covered in thick stiff hair. One of the two has the hair dyed in complex geometrical designs in dark blue and black. They wear a light leather harness for carrying pouches and weapons.
There is a hissing noise as they notice the shadow clawing at them and they take a few unsure steps back. Something in the shape of a limp body is being dragged between them and is dropped to the ground with a harsh thump. The face lies pressed to the metal mesh but is mostly shaded from the light coming above. All that Aya can make out of it is that it appears to be human in size, with longish messy dark hair. One side of the face is slightly lit and the figure would appear to be male though the facial features are finer than on most humans. The body is utterly limp, either unconscious or outright dead. There is plenty of blood and dirt all over the body and face from what she can see.
They keep talking, they sound annoyed but she doesn't understand what they say.

Ayadinlani looks at them a little. They are ugly. She does not like them. She smiles to herself and reaches out to the mind of the un-dyed one, and sends with it the cold fear of loneliness, paranoia, oblivion and death.

The creature hisses and backs away out of sight, a slight undertone of anguish in its sounds. The other snaps after it, speaking commandingly and looking around. Suddenly its eel-like head snaps around and black eyes peers straight at Aya. It speaks to her in that same strange language and begins to claw at the metal mesh.
The limp body still lies limp.

Ayadinlani's eyes narrow to slits, and then she suddenly opens them wide and hisses loudly, simultanously clawing up towards the mash with fingers bent to look like claws and spreading out her wings.

The creature gives her an odd look for a moment but then continues to claw at the mesh and growling fiercely at her. It roughly shoves the limp body aside to clear the opening completely. The heavy metal mesh is starting to bend but hasn't yet given way.
The other one is moving away further by the sound of it plus the light it was carrying is moving away.

Ayadinlani shuffles back a little from the mesh. She hisses again and sends the creature a little message in an ominous voice.
Evil spirit! Run, run now! You are going to die...

The creature hesitates for a bit and looks around a bit confused and takes a step back. Though it remains for now and still throws black glares at her.

The creature in the dark smirks and hisses even fiercer. She reaches out to plant the same fear in this one. This is fun. This is fun!

The creature suddenly rears back and begins to growl angrily, glaring death all around it. It moves back in the same direction it had come just like the other whose light is now almost completely faded.

Ayadinlani laughs, the shrill, hollow laugh of one deranged. She flutters up and bashes her fists on the mesh to make it give, rattling and clawing and pulling and pushing like a caged animal.

As she comes up she can see the creature again but it stumbles back further as she launches her assault on the strong metal mesh. It growls and hisses at her as it backs away.
N2 "More. We'll get you. Get more. No one escapes. No one."
The mesh is very hard but after about 20 minutes bashing it finally gives way and can be pushed up from the stony recess that held it. By now the creatures are gone and there is no light at all around her.
