Shira couldn’t believe her senses when she found out where her Alicia was. When Shira had left Arielle for not even a year and ventured into the Nexus. When Shira had found a stubborn and cold noble woman and changed her. When Shira left the fledgling and went away with Arielle and soon Pandora to this new realm.
In tonight’s wonderings Shira sensed this fledgling of hers, and it was here, at Winters Manor that the vampiress found her self searching. Walking the main path towards the manor and following her senses Shira gazed around at her surroundings. “Alicia… you have done well for yourself.” Came a soft, slightly accented voice.
This night, Shira’s form was draped with a elegant silver gauze. Wrapping about her form with a subtle hint of grace and attractiveness. Of course garments was under the gauze so no one would see too much of her form…. Her silvery blanket of hair was unbound and whipping about, even in the slight breeze. Her thin arms crossed over her chest in a simple mortal gesture.
As Shira worked her way closer to the manor, voices soon made themselves clear to her. Quickly masking her aura, therefore her presence, Shira made her way towards some bushes, watching the door, and listening. Soon a smirk had made its way onto her lips. “Alicia, my dear… do you ever change?” She said to herself, chuckling softly. Of course if Alicia was allowing people to contact her telepathically, then she would have heard the words the and the chuckle. If not, well then no one would know of Shira’s presence, correct?

The man at the other end of the intercom fell silent for a bit and the very faint sound sof some offended grumbling could just be made out. A minute later he spoke again, this time his tone of voice was less well-rehersed and formal.
"Come on through, sir."
The great cast iron gates began to slowly move a couple of minutes after the intercome had fallen dead again. The huge gates moved in complete silence and only about enough to let a man on foot through. To walk to the mansion would take a good half hour in average brisk pace.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Alicia was still seated at her desk. The only change was that she now had her feet, clad in high white napa leather boots that reached her waist as the boots were also her pants, were now on the desk and the papers in a careless but determined fashion, one crossed over the other. Her face was actually frowning. Naturally there was no one else in the room. Such an expression very few souls had witnessed on her face. And if she had her way no one ever would again.
In front of her lie a letter from the Kai Media Group. Just a formal letter of no real significance but it had naturally been what had put her in a slightly worse mood than normally. It had been a mistake naming that company after him. Her pale eyes of white gold slowly came closed and then open again. Their icy coldness wandered over the room. It was far from the office in her old house at the Nexus but it had to do... for now.

"Thank you!"
Grisham grinned and made his way through the gate, shuffling his papers once more as he wanders towards the manor. She was doing well for herself, as usual. This estate was huge, something even he couldn't afford on his rather generous Cantus salary.
Of course, he wouldn't have to. Things were taken care of, and...
He whistled, happily making his way towards Alicia's manor.

The sun is low on the late afternoon sky and is just skimming over the treetops of the beech forest that the main road cuts through. It is peaceful, quite pleasantly warm even in the long shadows and from in among the trees there are the faint sounds of birds singing and animals rustling around among the dead leaves that covers the forest ground.
The road is extemely tidy, hardly a leaf on it and it is black and smooth. As the forest ends it cuts through fields but a line of beech trees still line the road all the way up to the mansion that sits quite peacefully in the golden light of the late sun.
It was quite different from her old place. Not only was it slightly smaller, but though also perfectly kept and in a quiet remote area, like here, it never seemed peaceful. With the exception for a very short period that no one who knew much about still lives to speak of. The Winters family had perhaps lived there for too long for it to be able to have the tranquility that seemed to still rest over this place. Those who knew her probably felt the air of this place at extreme opposition of the new owner's. But with time, perhaps her chill would fall on this estate much like the last.

Well, it was nice enough. He was sure that would change, with time. Alicia had that effect on... well, everything. He remembered that very distinctly. Cold hearted little witch... Winters was an appropriate name, if ever there was one to be given.
He sighed and rearranged his papers again as he walked towards the estate.

As he eventually comes towards the mansion he will be able to see a man in a neat black, modern cut suit open he main front door and stepping out on the big stone stair steps that leads up to it. He stops there in a formal and very straight pose seemingly in waiting for the man to reach him.
Whether or not he was aware of the woman hiding in the shrubs was not apparent.

Grisham walked up the stairs, nodding to the man in the suite and just barely supressing a smile when he saw him. He knew it would take some real effort for him to not laugh if the man spoke and had the same voice as before. After all, he tried to say he had actually spoken or gotten an order from Alicia, if indirectly.
Grisham found that hysterical.

The man returned the nod with a formal and polite bow, his face neutral though his cheeks slightly pink. His pale greyish blue eyes came to rest on Grisham and though calm they could perhaps be slightly more confident. He was tall but not overly so and of average build, neither thin nor fat, his hair well kept and nondescript in styling. He stood straight and formal but neither friendly nor unwelcoming. He gestured with a hand towards the door.
"Mr Tynor."
He promptly turned around and went to open the front door and going inside, making sure to keep it open for Grisham to follow.

Grisham grins and covers up his laugh with a small cough as he walked in, hiding his grin behind his hand.
"Thanks."
He glances around, still smiling.
"Nice place she has here."

The man throws a slightly suspicious glance at Grisham as he enters and he closes the door with hardly any sound behind them. He continued on passed Grisham and gestured for him to follow. He gives a slight curteous nod and seems inclined to be quiet as he continues across the hall to the back and down a corridor to the right. If Grisham follows he will soon find himself passing a very large and maticulous kitchen and eventually coming in to a office though not small, was probably considered such in this house. It was clean and efficient though not exactly homely. A wooden desk with a chair, bookshelves and neat piles of paper as well as a few other chairs and side tables in the room. To one side stood a rather out of place looking vase of fresh flowers, probably put there by someone else. The man held the door open for Grisham to come inside. This was obviously not a part of the house Alicia frequented much and the man seemed to relax a little.

A thin figure with blonde unruly hair moved through the beech forest with silent grace. He had not had much problem to sneak through the gates that had remained open for considerably longer than had been needed for the other man to walk through them after what had appeared to be a rather lengthy debate with an intercom.
Zach grinned to himself as he ran his fingers across the smooth bark of one of the trees. She sure hadn't changed much, and if at all, not for the better. He moved through the trees at a calm pace towards the mansion, keeping well clear from the main road.
He walked slowly through the small forest and when he got to the edge of it the other man was completely out of sight, he had probably gone inside already. Zach continued on towards the big house. This place was smaller than her old one, but somehow it was nicer, more peaceful and almost welcoming. Probably not for long. As he reached the front yard of the big manor house he suddenly sensed the cold chill of a familiar presence... and it wasn't Alicia.

Grisham walks in and takes a seat behind the desk, setting his papers down and smiling up at the servant who escorted him into the room.
"Can I expect Lady Winters within the next twelve hours, or should I ask for food and drink ahead of schedule?"

The dark blue letters and logo was in slight relief on the heading of the paper and she ran her cold finger over it slightly. Her pale eyes were serious as ever and a little absent as she thought. Suddenly her gaze iced over to one blank and expressionless and she looked up. There was something... She put the paper down on the desk and eyes of disapproving contempt looked out the nearest of the great sashed windows. A strand of lustering white fell over her shoulder as her face moved. For now she remained seated there by her desk but it was becoming rapidly clear that wouldn't last long. Why now? Why ever? She let out a slightly deeper breath than those before. The paint was barely even dry.
------------------------------------------------------------------
The man closes the door carefully behind Grisham and throws him a slightly offended but proud look as he sees his desk commandeered. He didn't comment. He took a step inside the room and brought his hands together at the fingertips.
"Mr Tynor, you must understand... Miss Winters... she... has her ways." He tried a polite smile that didn't even attempt to hide his awkwardness anymore. He was beginning to think about as well of this man as his employer.

"I know she does. Which is why I asked if I needed food before I starved to death. In fact, while we're at it, why don't you find me a nice lovely room to lodge in while I wait for the Ice Queen to notice my existence."
Grisham Tynor smiled in a way not unlike a predator examining his prey would. His hazel eyes were focused on this man, excluding all else that made up the world. Interestingly enough, the focus was not on the man himself... it seemed as if he was staring right through him, boring holes through him with those hazel eyes. His passion lie elsewhere.
He ran a hand through his red-blonde hair and leaned back in the chair, smiling.
"Now, please find Lady Winters and actually get her attention, if that is possible. Otherwise, prepare a room and I will try to get her attention. If she isn't interested, then I guess I'll have to leave and move down my list."

The man frowned a little, not appreciating the condescending tone of this young man. He gave him a serious and haughty look.
"Food and lodging won't be necessary. Pass your message to me, sir, I shall hear it and see to it that it gets to Miss Winters when she is less occupied."
