A tall old freestanding tower on the very outskirts of town, it was once the main watchtower of Iora but has long since been abandoned as such. There are lots of empty little rooms with the odd bird using it as their home up the winding stone staircase leading all the way to the top of the five storey hexagonal tower where there is a small, rickety plateau on the roof. The view from there is quite nice for those who dare the crumbling stonework on a clear day or night. Though it was the main of a total of five towers all the smaller ones have been evened to the ground through Progress. The Old Watch remains as it look out over the part of the Hinterlands that have seen the least of the growing city. The view from the top easily reaches to still open lands outside the city.
